Terms of Use

Welcome to the Community Stories Project managed by the marketing team at Nodding Donkey Brewing. By submitting your content for inclusion on our website, you agree to the following terms:

Submission of Material

Users willingly and freely share their stories, images, photographs, and personal documents with Nodding Donkey Brewing.
No compensation will be provided for the submitted materials.

Users retain the copyright to their submitted material.
Prior to submission, users must ensure they possess all necessary permissions, especially for photographs, and hold the rights to the content. Nodding Donkey Brewing does not claim ownership of the copyright for photos or any submitted material.

Usage Rights

Users grant Nodding Donkey Brewing permission to utilize their content across various media platforms, including but not limited to print publications, website, and social media. This grant of rights is royalty-free.

Editing and Deletion

Nodding Donkey Brewing reserves the right to edit submissions for space, clarification, or historical accuracy. Additionally, submissions may be deleted at Nodding Donkey Brewing's discretion at any time.

Indemnification

Users agree to hold Nodding Donkey Brewing harmless from any claims, actions, losses, damages, or alleged infringement of third-party property rights (such as copyright or trademark) arising from the publication or usage of submitted content.

Restrictions

Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to submit content.

Removal of Content

Users maintain the right to request the removal of their story or photographs from the website at any time. To request removal, please contact us at customerservice@noddingdonkeybrewing.ca.
